You will be given a choice of elements in class, and a template in Omnigraffle that you can use for your introduction.

Make the introduction straightforward and interesting.

A Good Story will...

give the full name and symbol of the element;
identify the elements to the top, bottom, left, and right on a standard periodic table;
identify the isotopes of this element that occur in nature.

An Excellent Story will..

describe what natural resources contain this element, and where these resources can be found;
describe some interesting uses of this element;
or explain some other interesting features of this element.
